By doing it this way you get to touch and feel your new accessories like your new vanity, you can sit in your bath tub or spa and inspect all of your accessories very closely.

Bathroom renovation projects vary in size and scale, but are generally broken down into these three levels:

However, generally speaking, before construction begins, you’ll want to clear out the area being worked on of all your personal belongings that can be removed. All downtime of your bathroom utilities is kept to an absolute minimum during the renovation process.

For most renovations, we are able to arrange for the hiring of a portable toilet suite, Shower suite or Ensuite. This will provide you with showering and toilet facilities. It’s the same kind of units that are used at corporate events and are comfortable enough to use for the entire time that your bathroom is out of action.

These portables have hot water facilities, and in most cases will also be connected to your main sewer line while the renovation of your bathroom occurs.

Step 1: We carefully strip out your old bathroom and dispose of all materials. We also take the utmost care to be on the lookout for hazardous fibres from any old insulation materials or building materials that may be present.

Step 2: All of the electrical work is performed to ensure that it is safe and in good working order. We then reposition or install any wiring as required.

Step 3: We then perform all plumbing work including installation of new pipe work, Tap wares or the repositioning of any drains.

Step 4: We then prepare structural walls by repairing any damaged walls and preparing them for tiling. During this process we also perform all of our waterproofing which is done in accordance with the Building Code of Australia.

Step 5: We then perform all tiling work to our usual impeccable standards of craftsmanship. Paramount Bathrooms’ only ever use the highest quality glues, sealants and grouts. Each and every job is done by fully licensed tradesmen.

Step 6: Perform all plaster work and painting. install all of the bathroom accessories and fixtures. Connecting all plumbing and thoroughly test for item leaks.

Step 7: Install shower screen and all other accessories like mirrors. Final checks and hand over for inspection and approval.
